Dear Sanora Homeowners:
New Officers and board members were just elected for 2011. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who ran.
If your pool key is not working but it used to, it’s probably because your annual dues have not been paid. This would mean you are not in good standing with the association. Our bylaws state that annual dues are due on March 1st, and become late on May 1st. After that a 1.5% monthly finance charge is added to the unpaid balance.
For some of you who may have just forgotten and are paying your dues now, your key will be reactivated shortly. For those of you who paid but your key still doesn’t work, please send an email to sanorahoa@yahoo.com. For those of you who are not planning on paying your dues, your key just won’t work.
Remember, we all own this pool and clubhouse. If you see kids jumping over the fence, ask them where they live then kick them out and tell them to go home and get their key. If they forgot their address, they probably don't belong there anyway.

FOR EVERYONES CONVENIENCE A MAIL SLOT HAS BEEN PUT ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE CLUBHOUSE. PLEASE USE IT TO DROP OFF YOUR BALLOTS, GENERAL PROXY, OR ANY OTHER MAIL THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO PUT THROUGH THE POST OFFICE. WE WILL PICK IT UP AND TAKE CARE OF IT.
